I think it was Ben's list and designed to accomplish the specific task of getting him "fixed up". I feel strongly that Kate, and Jack both have issues that would prevent them from being on the "good guy" list. Although in next weeks preview, there is a shot of Sun and Ben in the same frame which would point to Sun being in the present time with Ben and Locke. It's all speculation at this point. Everyone seems to think that Sun is the woman who ran off with Frank but that's far from confirmed. I think Sun and Sayid flashed to the '70s but just ended up in a different place.
