Interesting Easter Eggs

Well, I only found 8 and they were all pretty boring except these three:

MacCutcheon
Sayid ordered MacCutcheon at the bar, the same brand of fictional whiskey enjoyed by Charles Widmore. Perhaps the fact that Ilana knew exactly how much it costs is a hint that she’s really working for Widmore.

Oldham Pharmaceuticals
If you’re wondering what the name of this building is that’s written backwards in Russian, it’s “Oldham Pharmaceuticals.” The ironies are plenty, as Oldham was the DHARMA torturer who used drugs on Sayid.

A Separate Reality
The book Young Ben gives Sayid to read is A Separate Reality by Carlos Castaneda, a philosophical text that may or may not be based on fact about a man’s study with a Shaman sorcerer to understand the mystical powers of being a leader.

I am an disgruntled fan of Lost. I love to hate it and hate it to love it. JJ is notorious for letting down fans but I don't hold it against Lost. I have a crazy theory that has been brewing for the last year now and I will be posting it shortly. Forgive my tirades and bitter comments. I get on edge when I can't get my Lost fix.

  1. The rest are (as I said before not that interesting):

    Backwards 32
After killing the Russian, we see the building Sayid was in was number 32, but we see it backwards, so it looks like 23, one of the Numbers

    The Deadwood Connection
A lot of actors from HBO’s Deadwood have appeared on Lost. Maybe it’s Lost writer/producer Elizabeth Sarnoff’s doing, as she also worked on Deadwood. Thus far we’ve seen Kim Dickens as Cassidy Phillips, Sawyer’s potential baby mama, Paula Malcomson as Colleen, the Other Sun killed, and Robin Weigert who played Juliet’s sister. Now William Sanderson joins that list as Oldham.

    Ann Arbor
During the meeting, Radzinsky threatened to call Ann Arbor. That city is home to the University of Michigan, the same college that DHARMA founders Karen and Gerald DeGroot work at.

    Building 15
The building that the flaming DHARMA van runs into is Building 15, one of the Numbers.
