I'm finding that when things get explained on LOST (for example Faraday's mom), they usually are the most common explanations. Although, most are leaning towards Anubis or Horus, it would be nice if there was a twist to the statue. I just don't know if we will ever see it again unless Richard is from that time period and we see his flash backs. That's a big if. I hope your right Wesley.
