I was thinking this, In Season 4 when she jumped off. Desmond and Sayid went a bit crazy. And when the captain came he said it was an order. Could this mean she was sent to the looking glass tower(i am not sure what the one under sea is called).

Regina had the power to read books upside-down. She can also breathe under water for a really long time. She proved this when she weighed herself down and jumped off the ship. She’s been down there ever since.

An if you looked hard enough In the theory named “Llana is working for…”

Find my first couple comments, I mentioned it pretty extensively & I also think it could be Ana Lucia’s Sister, which would explain the accent & maybe the way she acts.
(knocking dudes out & ACTING like nobody kind of like Ana in the Hole)
