Note that Faraday and Charlotte never once kissed, only hugged; it's not like you have to take relationships slow on the island... Of course that's just a theory. I think it would be interesting if they were brother/sister, never thought of it like that; but I'd hate LOST to turn into one of those soap operas where everyone is related and stuff. Saying "relationship" means their bond to each other, saying "relation" means their family tie to each other. You could be right though, it would be one of quite a few foreshadowing moments that episode.
