Questions or Answers?

So just for the heck of it, do you guys think there will be a ton of questions unanswered at the end of the show? Or do you think there is a complicated (or simple) explaination for everything?

  1. I think there will be questions left

    A) it keeps the mystery of the show going so it will still be talked about for years to come no doubt.

    B) It leaves the door open for a spin off series, books, films etc etc

  2. Dharma Dancer, I am inclined to agree with bigdaveg’s take on things.

I believe the writers have stated that ultimately it will be up to the viewers to determine the faith/destiny vs science issues.

We will get answers to many of the main mysteries, but I think they will not bother with some of the smaller ones. Like Cindy or Libby’s back stories.

  3. on Broadway 2012… L.O.S.T… starring John Travolta as “Cerberus”!

But yeah I agree with bigdaveg and dabs, they HAVE to explain certain things… like the smoke monster I think because it’s THE mystery of the show since day 1, maybe not in great detail, but to some degree we will find out at least what it’s purpose is, if not it’s mechanism. Will the numbers be explained? Will we figure out the minutia of the relaitons between all of the characters? I donno. I think they gotta at least throw us a bone with Jacob/Christian/Claire because as it stands none of that even makes any kind of sense. Same with Richard… is it enough to say he has lived forever on a time-travelling island without aging? maybe… but it would be cool to find out.

  4. I agree, I think there will be many unanswered questions at the end, but there are definatly some things (like Jacob, Smokey and Richard), that I really hope they do explain.

By the way, On L.O.S.T. 2012 Broadway, Steve Carell needs to be Jacob. LOL, “Help Me.” 🙂
