I understand why Hugo took it with him on the plane (because they had to make 316 as alike to 815 as they could), but I don't understand why Hugo is still lugging it around. I did get the impression that Hurley's guitar case appeared to be in better condition than Charlie's. I think it looks that way in the pictures you posted as well.
