		<description>Mixen Dixon, there are so many elements in Lost, that point to varying phenomena, and the Casimir Effect is one of them.

To fully understand all of this phenomena, calls for examining each reference that has been mentioned, as it pertains to the specific occurrences.

Having said that, I believe the Casimir Effect, was the pre-cursor to us seeing the actual &#039;time flashes&#039; on &#039;the island&#039;, and how people can be in one time frame, and also exist in another.</description>

		<description>Great idea.  I&#039;ve seen some things similar to this on other sites and subscribe to the idea that the FDW pushes a large amount of exotic matter when turned.  This is what causes the island to move through space/time, when the island was skipping the wheel was off it&#039;s axis so it was constantly stirring this exotic matter causing the island to jump through space/time.</description>
