we dont know for certain lostlove? or who henry gale really is? as he hasnt been on any episodes apart from the ones when ben was pretending to be him? we no just what ben has said about him and we all know ben is a big liar pants,haha. so that might not be true? it would be good to find out though wouldnt it? eko rocks

Why would clever Ben, the man with a plan, have picked a real name and then carelessly leave his identification along with the biggest clue (balloon) where it had been? Who buried Henry, anyway? And, did anyone actually find a ‘wife’?

1) What caused Henry’s balloon to crash?
- oceanic 815 crashed because desmond didn’t press the button on time.
- what event happened that caused the balloon to crash? We probably have to figure out a time frame to find out the event.
2) Did Jacob or someone else intentionally bring Henry to the island like he did with the oceanic passengers?
- Jacob visited the oceanic passengers in their previous lives.
- they were all brought to the island for a reason.
3) Will this have any significance in the show?

Who said anything about Henry crashing on the island? What if Henry tried to escape the island by using the balloon?

To half answer your first question… according to Lostpedia, which I have recently become addicted to, Henry Gale crashed sometime during 2003. This doesn’t really give us any information as to why he crashed… but it’s still a timeframe…

Lostlove, I think it all depends on the answer to 3. If its No, then the other two questions probably don’t matter. I don’t think there have been any real clues to help answer 1 and 2.
