Pretty sure the writers brought them in and they didn’t get good reviews so they were written out…. Most likely not anything important at all

they actually did a lot of work recreating the 815 crash to make it look like Nikki & Paulo were a part of it from the begginning.
They got horrible reviews and the writers were like ok we f’d up

yeah i have to agree that i dont think they have any relivence to the whole on going lost saga. they are very random though so i can see why you mite be thinking that. eko rocks

they appeared from nowhere and just… died.
I’m kinda hoping they have a little bit of relevance simply so i dont have to look at them and think ‘what a big waste of time..’
