ALT timeline time differences

So Claire’s alt timeline takes place on 10/22/04 as per the ultrasound date. In Locke’s it’s not yet October… His upcoming wedding is in October, and that’s when he needs his vacation. Why?

    As someone stated before, the date on claires ultrasound is the date she’s due. Not the date where the ultrasound is taken. The date the flight lands in lax still seems to be in september.
