So we can't really say stuff like "People flashing off a plane and time travelling is more beleivable than moving the island." (i feel like i'm picking on highbrow here. i don't mean too, really) because we've seen both those things happen. I think that the island sinking, and the island transporting to the ocean floor are both equally possible. and we're never going to correctly guess what happened to it.
