I think it means two things. LAX as in they landed at LAX airport and LA X as in ‘LA…not’. I thought that before I saw the show and I was trying to guess which one would happen. I didn’t expect both of them to happen.

i have read that the space between LA and X is intentional but im like you, i have no ideas as to what its meaning really is.

I’ve read on other sites that the “X” means alternate universe, similar to “Earth X” in the comics.
