Firstly thanks to dabs for putting this in my head. Secondly sorry if it comes across as warbles nonsense it’s from my head as we speak… Or type.

Ok, Jacob and mib are from dharma / hanso. There time travelling experiments from the future, who knows when , 2020?? Have gone wrong resulting in the donkey wheel being used as the only means to travel in time. Tenuous I know. From previous research these 2 have done they have collated info on everyone to ever have come to the island and have given them an appropriate number. The influences these people have can help correct what has happened to them….. Somehow.

Mib wants to kill Jacob but can’t because during time travel his being was destroyed and can only live through the bodies of others. This he blames Jacob for and is why he wants to kill him - he gas ruined his life and he wants to go home but can’t.

I believe none of this and find it quite ridiculous which is why it’s only in just for fun, but it’s out the box a bit.

We assume the man in black is the original incarnation. We assume both have been on the island since days if old. We assume religious and science through the ages have a part to play.

Wouldn’t it be sooooo lost to sweep the rug away once again.

It would suck though.
