There is always one and this time I’m afraid its me! I love The Magus, its one of my favourite books, I lived on a Greek island years ago so its close to my heart and its also an amazing story that has stayed with me for life. I mentioned it in some post a while back, I’m sure but I absolutely see the parallels and was surprised that the book wasn’t featured in Sawyer’s reading list to be honest! Highly recommended to anyone that hasn’t read it yet. I’m currently reading The Stand which everyone on here is talking about – its even longer than The Magus but I’m pretty addicted already. Was so pleased to see someone else saw The Magus happening here…
