I hadn't considered that the fall may have been due to the fact that his legs were failing, as if Locke's handicap was also coming thru at the same time. Guess time will tell soon enough. Assuming FLocke makes it back to the real world, regardless of which timeline he returns to, I can't help but think he will be duped in the end by Jacob (or Jacob's successor).
