How can Sun and Locke arrive at the hospital at the same time?

In Sideways life, it appears that Sun was shot the day after she arrived in LA and was taken to the hospital. And we see Locke in LA with Helen, and with Hurley and as a substitute teacher. As if Locke was in LA for many days. So has does he arrive at the hospital at the same time as Sun after Desmond runs him over?
Would love if anyone could explain. Thanks.

    They were both shot on the day after they landed in L.A.. Yes, Lockes 1st day back in LA was a busy one but we all have to let the small stuff go.

    or…. Maybe, Sun and Jin had a 2 day sex fest before Keamy came to the Hotel. (I like this version)

    either way, it’s not a huge continuity error or Plot hole.

    If they don’t tell us about Walt…. Thats a huge plot hole.
