i think he does know his name, he just hasn’t said it. similar to when MIB met Widmore, he knew who MIB was be didnt let on.

Good thought! Just like all that time he was with ben, passing on info for Jacob. Ben seemed to know much much more (will this be revealed re Ben at the end) so Richard must have been the one telling ben which would indicate Richard knows more!!
