The boy who we think is jacob is Jacob

So in the last episode the boy, who most people think is a young jacob, has clearly aged. I was thinking that maybe Jacob is being reborn. After he died, he was born again and began to age quickly. Maybe this is why flocke is rushing to get off the island - because once jacob has reached his old self the smoke monster will not be able to leave.

I thought the blonde boy was ‘young Jacob’ and the darker one w/the stick and angry look was ‘young MIB’.

It’s the same actor. His name is Kenton Duty, playing “teenage boy” in both episodes according to IMDB.
In ‘The Substitute’ the boy says to MIB: “You know the rules. You can’t kill HIM.”
This suggests to me that the boy cannot be Jacob because otherwise he would have said, “You can’t kill ME.”

maybe…you cant kill him he was referring too is sawyer…a candidate…and its jacob saying that mib cant kill the candidates
