I said long ago that it was possible that Christian was on the island before...now I think its more of an MIB/Locke conscious type thing... Think about how John drew a picture of smokie and a bald man... Makes you wonder if Christian Shehard ever had thoughts like this...maybe a little MIB conscious creeping through into his off island...like a deep connection through time and space once he took his form (and memories) on island...Makes you question the possibility if FSW John...could possibly know what MIB knows...maybe a way to stop him...
