Welcome to Theories On Lost.

Theories on Lost is a Lost Theory website for users to submit their own Lost Theories or to read other Lost Theories. There are plenty of Lost Theories to get stuck into so be sure to add us to your favourites!

Penny for your thoughts

Hello everyone,

It’s been a while since I last posted anything here. I’m really pleased that some of you still take the time to post stuff here even after Lost has ended :)

I wanted to get your opinion on something. I was thinking that every month we could have a Theory Contest where I select a mystery that was unexplained on the show, and you have to submit a theory to explain it. Then at the end of the month there’s a vote on which theory is the best. Obviously, I’m unable to give away real prizes, it’s more just for fun and a way to keep the site more active.

I know most of you probably don’t want to think about Lost now that it’s over, but I know some of you may enjoy the idea. So, let me know what you think, if you’d be willing to join in etc. If it’s a bad idea feel free to let me know :)

Namaste x

Hi Emzi, long time no see!

yeah that does seem like a pretty good idea. I’m all for that, definately.

I, like many others i’m guessing, only check in on the site every now and again so being able to do something different (sort of) sounds good!

Not really sure what made me check back on this site today….But I like this idea. If we can round up enough people, I think this could be rather entertaining.

I was a late comer to this party but have always been in love with the series and have much enjoyed the debates here. If doubt remains, YES I like the idea because my theories are dead on…I think..hmmm. Look forward to the upcoming discussion!

Sounds like fun. Although maybe we should just wait for the Lost sequel series.

I think this is a great idea Emzi! With the caliber of theorists here the theories will be top notch.

  8. This is a good idea, it would be interesting to see what conclusions people have come to now its all over and we’ve been given the ‘answers’.

There were alot of elements of the show that i can’t figure out (The cabin is one such grey area) and people would have very different ideas which would be interesting.

I think the prize should be, the theories that win will be forever considered the undisputed truth.

@penelope - this can just be something we do to pass the time before the sequel series ;)

    @shephards_flocke - I love that prize idea!

I think it’s a great idea, admin. I check this site a few times a week (compared to a few times a day, a couple months ago). I still enjoy thinking about Lost and theorizing on the many aspects of the show. I’m totally in.
