After nearly 4 years I recently re-watched the whole series over the course of about 3 months and saw a lot of things differently this time around. Am I the only one who kind of wants to see more LOST? not in another TV series and definitely not as a movie, but maybe some books that tell us a little more of the story and the island history; maybe even a series of graphic novels?

Ben

this is more a question open for debate but, is Ben waiting outside the church because Hurley passed down the role of island protector to him and he’s still there protecting it?

or something else?

This is a bit of a stupid question, but why would MIB tell Ben what he wants to do with the island after promising that he could ‘have it all to himself’?

I know (Pretty sure) that Ben is playing MIB and maybe MIB knows this, we just dont know for sure. MIB seems more for lack of a better word ‘creepier’ than before. but after the telling Ben that he now has no leverage over him. Tell me what you think.

Oh yeah and WHAT THE HELL was that Richard thing all about, he BETTER not be dead (yet anyway) because its like… well what was Ab Aerterno for then? though after being hit with tremendous force like that of a train, theres not much hope there. that would just be one of the most annoying, pointless deaths in lost history; to me anyway unless im proven wrong, which i sincerely hope i am.

Does anyone remember in Season 3 when (A 9-10 year old) Ben undid the sonic fence and ran off into the jungle looking for his mother?

He came face to face with Ricardos for the first time, i say Ricardos because
Richard has Shaggy clothes on similar to the ones he wore on the Black Rock
and he had long hair and a fair bit a stubble.
That must have been around 1971-2 considering Ben is younger than when the losties traveled back

Now remember back to about 1955 when Locke was a boy living with his foster family, Richard turned up to interview Locke for his ‘Special school’ Richard was clean shaven with a suit and a hair cut, upon noticing the Picture of The black smoke attacking what looked like an older Locke; i dont understand why richard was so quick to react when Locke chose the ‘wrong’ object. But nonetheless.

My point is that Richard in 1955 was the Richard we see now, but in 1971 Ricardos looks the same as he did from 1867, Exept with less hair. Now if this is Intentional why would Richard dress up like that to speak to Ben, If Ben WAS the person he was hoping to run into out there; as we know four years later he looked the same as we see him now with his short hair.

Either this is a continuity error
Richard dressed up like that to talk to Ben
Richard dressed up like that for another reason and ran into Ben
Or he somehow travelled back to 1955 to see Locke off the island, which is ilogical because we know that the only reason he went to see Locke is because Locke told him to go to see him at his birth in 1944. When they were

So why Ricardos to Richard to Ricardos to Richard?

Who else thinks that we are going to see the Flaming arrow attack from a different point of view, and who the people were that were responsible for it, Possibly Richard and ‘MIB’ were there, ‘MIB’ ordering it with a group of his followers showing that he’s tried to do the same thing as he’s doing now before.

Thoughts…?

No one seems to have touched on this yet but, seeing Dogen at David’s Piano recital in the company of his son would surely mean that he hasnt been on the island for very long at all… either that or he got to the island way before Oceanic 8:15 and maybe grew up there as a child… or he got there not long before Oceanic 8:15 and somehow time travelled back years before and Jacob gave him the same ‘curse’ OR ‘blessing’ as he gave Richard Iternal Life, but to me it seems not because Jacob didnt seem happy with him Questioning Hurley the way he did or what he said after that.

Any thoughts on this Samurai Dude?

These are the names on the crank of the Lighthouse protractor, they cut off at 94 and start again at 61. Notice the number 108 and comment on what you think that is all about… but i dont think that that is the 108 Jacob meant.

what if the alternate time line lets call it ‘LA X’ is what the outcome will be if the war that is ‘coming’ isnt won by the right side. that is why the island is underwater and why the things that we have seen thus far are backwards, i.e Jacks one vodka bottle, Shannon not being on the plane, Desmond appearing on the plane, Charlie trying to commit suicide, Hurley believing he is the luckiest guy in the world opposed to the unluckiest,  Rose not being the nervous flyer (while jack is) and Locke actually going on the walkabout (if there is anything else please tell me) i came across this thought whilst looking at a comment on another page but before i had a chance to finish reading it had this brain tinge and had to write this down before i lost my point so please add your input to this theory.

Something i found extremely funny whilst watching ‘Sawyer’s Nichnames compilation’ (Seasons 4-5)  on the Lost season 6 website. At 39 seconds in he says “Calm down chicken little” the part i found funny was that the film Chicken Little didnt come out until 2005 and we all know that Sawyer hasnt step foot off the island since he arrived in 2004, so unless Jacko called him up to ask him to go to the movies back off the island then how does he know what Chicken Little is?

just thinking that maybe someone should draw up a clear timeline with the loop and everything else that people miss and all that stuff just so that people can actually really understand things.

Recently i have been thinking about the Real John Locke and started to wonder, why?

for me it seems so upseting to think that he has put his undevided faith into something he doesnt understand, he copes with the island and its inhabitants; he wants to be a follower of Jacob and he will do anything to find out why he was brought to the island… only to be sent away from it and then be murdered at the hands of Ben. To return to the island as nothing but a shel while the ‘MIB’ steals his body and apparently his mind, to be used as a tool against Jacob (and Ben) it seems that Locke has been let down by everything.

I hope that its not the last we see of the Real John Locke.
