how long is finale???
hi everyone,
nearing the end now :(, just wondering how many hours viewing left???
i live in ireland so i watch it online but i wanna watch finale on tv, theres one hour tonight, one hour next week…..then i think i heard finale is 2 and a half hours????

Sorry, I can’t help you with what night the finale’ is on in Ireland. But I thought I would share something I found interesting about the length of the finale’.
Yes, you heard correctly, the finale’ is “technically” 2 1/2 hours. But don’t forget to consider commercial time. An actual episode is roughly 43 minutes and 20 seconds (give or take a few seconds). So take your 43 minutes and 20 seconds and multiply that times 2 1/2 hours and you get EXACTLY 108 minutes. Pretty cool, huh?

Okay I just did the math and YES it does turn out to be 108 minutes! I heard they convinced ABC to do the extra 1/2 hour because of an “excess” of footage.. my estimation was that they still have a million unanswered questions, so they gotta squeeze in the answers somewhere! But hey, the 108 minute run-time thing is freakin AWESOME!! Just one of those little quirks..
Just another reason that I LOVE LOST!!!…..not sure what I am going to do with out it. :/
