    I like how you did indeed keep an objective mind about the matter. I think some of us (probably myself included) have been putting so much thought into what we know we have forgotten the basics. Your fifth paragraph down really caught my attention, and it is most obvious there is no one place the writers are pulling their ideas from. Their uncanny! And I like the thought of Rose and Bernard. In a way, maybe they play a part in “summing up” Lost. Black and White, coming and uniting and being at complete peace, as opposed to Black vs. White, which seems to bring conflict and death and war to life.

  2. going along with your christian/hebrew references-please take a look at charlie’s ring again…it’s actually a ’star of david’ , the sex pointed star, with the letters DS imposed over the shape. DS-star of david; david’s star…there is a close up of it on buddy tv…they have an easter egg slide show…i have looked at this ring alot and this is the first time i have ever noticed it! very cool!!!

    Apollo is the god of the sun, and is a candy bar that Hurley, Kate eat in the hatch. Last episode of season 5, Jack tries to buy one from a candy machine.
