thinking of when Ben is trying to get Miles to free him, he says he has lots of money and knows a way off the island…

Do you think this is just the same old Ben we know, lying and scheming just to get free and then will deal with Miles later or does he actually know a way?

Is he thinking of the FDW? Another sub?
