Faraday/Penny brother and sister? Born on island?

We now have confirmation that Ellie and Widmore are on the island in 1977 as Richard mentions them at the end of ‘Whatever happened, happened’. He refers to them as being in a position of power, which may hint towards a king/queen relationship.
Widmore we know is Penny’s father and Ellie is assumed to be Faraday’s mother. Being that Faraday and Penny are assumed to be atleast 30, could they both have been born on the island? And as we don’t know who Penny’s mother is, or who Faraday’s father is, could they be the children of Ellie and Widmore thus brother and sister?
Disagree on Daniel being born on the island because during the time shifts he did not get servere nose bleeds like charlotte who it wasnt her first time on the island so if Daniel was born on the island he would have experienced the same fate as charlotte. Penny one is good though
