Sayid becomes part of the Dharma Initiative

This is the picture Christian shows Sun and Frank of the Losties in 1977. If you look at the top left of the picture it looks very much like Sayid. If it is him how does he get himself in that photo after all he shot Ben and ran off into the jungle. Any idea’s on how he will do this? or then again it may not be Sayid.
