Reproduction idea?
This is pretty much just a thought or idea but here goes. I am coming round to the idea the hostiles are from the future, or some are and they want to prevent or effect something. Ben understands this and he is trying, now to do the opposite of their wishes. ” you broke the rules” as widmore tells him. Widmore’s breakin of the rules were by having a child- off the island. Damiels remarkable brain a believe is as a result of his mix of a future other and present other. In this case widmore and eliose. I believe the fertility issue is a result of the others coming from the future and they cannot create siblings in a time they do not belong. This could explain ethans birth more clearly. Ever noticed Richard always wears the lapelled grey shirt? Why? Doesnt look very 50’s to me, but who am i? I am really hoping for a reveal because I am increasingly getting the feeling we are gonna be left with a whole lotta questions. If you have any evidence to shoot this down please go for it.
I agree with the part about we, as an audience, being left with a lot of questions at the end.
I think whatever it is that makes people unable to have babies hasn’t happened yet, and it might have something to do with the Incident… how all that connects… who knows?
I still think the incident may have something to do w/ our friends, the losties, being there in the first place. 🙂
It’s an American TV show, we might be left with a whole bunch of questions at the end of season 5 but there’s no way there’ll be any questions at the end of season 6, there’s always gonna be closure…
Well, one good thing is that the writers will have had 2 years of writing and planning to put an end to it. Most shows just get cancelled between seasons and nothing gets “closure”.
