Christian Shepherd

Have I missed something, or is Jack’s Dad appearances on the island still to be explained? Plus his appearances to Jack after he had ‘died’. Then there’s the links to Claire.

Is there something in his name with religious links? Christian. Then Shepherd – gathering/herding people to a point? Also Jacob is a very religious name – is this linked in with Jack’s Dad in some way?

Locke’s body was in that trunk and yet there is something unexplained about the Locke that was in the Temple with Jacob. Locke’s body arrived at the island with Christian’s shoes on.

Can anyone make sense of this? My brain hurts!
