Jack flies the plane
In the “Pilot Episode” (where they did lots of stuff with pilots, like dramatically kill them and show how uckkie that can be), Jack mentions he took a few flying lessons, but it wasn’t for him.
To my knowledge, he’s the only one who knows how to fly, so either they do all live/die on the island … or he flies them off it.
John Locke in FSW had just gotten his pilots license when he crashed the plane he and his father were in resulting in them both being paralysed.
Maybe the plane will crash as Jack has not had enough training? haha i don’t know to be honest. but i can’t wait to find out!!
Maybe lapidus walks out of the jungle still alive…dun dun dun….with those squinty eyes see locke and says …terrific
