The Importance Of J?

Ok so i’ve been noticing that an alomost eccessive amount of the main characters names begin with J, Like Jack, Jacob, Juliet, James (Sawyer), John Locke, Jin (ok maybe not as significant….YET!)…but All these people are still alive…or maybe not in the case of Juliet, and Possibly John (though he is in some form)

Maybe the letter is important in the whole universe or i am stabbing in the Dark…….any suppor for this theory or anything that links these people in particular?
