Jacob- “they’re coming..
After John Locke (who some believe is actually possessed by the smoke monster/ the man in black) convinces Ben to actually kill Jacob, before Jacob is kicked into the fire he whispers “they’re coming.” Who’s actually coming and if they are coming, will we find out in Season 6? Anyway does anyone have any theories as to who

Probably to the group outside that now knows that Lock is not, in fact, Locke. Or it could be that time is getting ready to jump and Jack, Sawyer, Kate, etc. are “coming”
