Fair Enough
It’s a phrase repeated over and over again throughout the series. Usually, you hear, “Fair enough,” coming from characters with the most leadership qualities. I know it’s come from Locke, Ben, and Jack at one point or another. Then there are the numerous lines of cryptic dialogue dedicated to “the rules,” some between Ben and Widmore, or others from Richard concerning Jacob. How many times have you heard a character belt out something like, “You’re not supposed to do that,” or “This wasn’t supposed to happen.” Finally, numersous references to backgammon, checkers, or chess, games that normally pit contrasting colors against each other. Although it hasn’t been reference in the show, to my knowledge, we might as well add roulette to the mix, as I’m convinced this is shaping up to be a gambling bet between ancient adversaries.

What if its really just a bunch of kids playing an online rpg and jacob and his nemesis are really the moderators?
