I laughed at your Walt hating birds comment. I assume your referring to the scene when he’s in Australia doing homework when a bird flies into the window. There’s also a scene (either a cut scene or mobile episode, “missing pieces”) with tons of dead birds around room 23 when Walt is in there.
Anyway, an interesting point is that many birds use magnetism to direct their travels.
