The real loophole?

There seems to be two different sides about what the “loophole” that MIB and later Flocke were talking about. One… Ben is the loophole. Two… Locke is. I think it’s much more than that. To cut to the chase I think the loophole is the entire show up to when Ben stabs Jacob. Do you really think a show this complex would let the loophole be one person being manipulated? That doesn’t sound like a “and you have no idea what I’ve gone through to be here” answer. Think back to all the promo stuff from earlier seasons. Why are these random people in this situation? Is it fate or is there something that connects them? I don’t remember the exact statement but it was part of the season 2 dvd extras. So everything in time that has happened fom when Jacob and MIB were watching the black rock is part of the loophole.

I’ll give what I think is an example of this. The black rock. There is so much discussion about how it ended up in the middle of the island but I ask the question… Why is it there? To me it has served one purpose up to this point… Dynamite. Why is that so important to the loophole you ask? Without the dynamite Locke couldn’t get into the hatch which would mean anything that has happened after that would never have happened.

I know a lot of people think Richard is from the black rock and I’m not saying he isn’t. I am saying this based on thing we have seen. I personally don’t want this to be the only function of the ship but as of now it seems like a safe bet.

I have an explanation of how something like this has worked in another show if anyone wants to know ask and I’ll post it in the comments. I’d do it now but I’ve typed this whole thing on my cell phone during my dinner break at work and I gotta go back.
