rehashing daddy issues
so obviously daddy issues is a main influence on are charters….jack and his dad (obvious) sawyer and his parents (in general ) kate and ( i cant wait to blow you up) however not her real dad…ben and drunken skunk (cant remember my own sons birthday) Hurley and cheech…..John and the kidney thief …..Sun and daddy warmonger …Jinn and well an honest fisher men….or was he so honest???..this has to have more meaning??? perhaps Jacob and MIB is father and son

i have to say, most of my friends parents are very strange or not so great at being parents, but it doesnt mean anything.

We don’t know WHO Jin’s father is … the honest fisherman was just kind enough to be sure the child was raised by anyone-but-mom. (Maybe it’s Widmore ; )
Hey lost freak, ‘the who’ is the ‘real father’ of some of ‘the losties’ is an even bigger question in my mind. Some of these seem to still be ‘up in the air’ and haven’t been satisfactorily or definitively confirmed.
As for Jacob and Nemesis being father and son, I don’t think so, but it’s possible. Brothers maybe.

I believe there are dad issues and they are somehow tied into my theory that Jacob and MIB are from biblical times. Biblical Jacob (BJ) had a huge issue with not receiving his dad’s blessing due to his brother, with his mom’s help, getting it by way of deceiving their dad.
