Different
I’ve been offline for a little over a week and am having a hard time catching up. So I’m sorry if someone has already brought this up.
What we see on the plane is a different reality/ timeline than the one the Losties left when 815 crashed. Other decisions have been made before the plane has even taken off from Ausralia. Shannon deciding to stay in her bad relationship being the one that stands out the most. Hurley’s attitude that nothing bad ever happens to him is definitely not the Hurley we have come to know, either.
So if they aren’t in the original timeline where the heck are they?
Yeah, this had been talked about quite a bit lol..
..And we’re still confused. People say this “alternate timeline” is actually a flashforward, others say its simply a parallel universe in which both timelines may converge someday. We still don’t know haha.
