I repeat – Jack is Jacob’s Uncle

This latest episode provided my theory/plot guestimate with more evidence.
Did you notice in The Substitute the little boy? I am sure you did, as like me, you were glued to the edge of your seat in what was a fantastic return to form after a slightly subdued episode last week.
Excellent casting of the boy as he had a very similiar nose to Jacob.
Dressing in the same clothes as Claire who was living out in the jungle right? Boy looks a hell of a lot like Aaron right? Boy looks a hell of a lot like Jacob right?
Jack Shepherd is Claires half-brother right?
I repeat, Jack is Jacob’s uncle. Aaron is Jacob. Jacob is Aaron.
It went to my mind too that the young boy was Jacob, and I would not be very surprised too if Jacob were Aaron himself. I just don’t know why he got to change his name. Jacob met each of the Losties at some point in their life. I don’t remember right if he ever met Claire or not? It would be kind of weird to meet your own mom when you are not born yet? That’s why I kinda doubt that Jacob is really Aaron
yes we hear you, its just we’ve heard it all before. jacob theories are a dime a dozen. I think I was jacob once. some have said jacob and mib are both aaron. just from different time lines.

That kid did look like a young Jacob, but wouldn’t MIB recognize a young Jacob?

lol im definitely not jacob as have brown hair brown eyes! 😉 I understand your sarcasm as it is Lost and they can throw us any direction. But I find the evidence overwhelming (and obviously I am bias because it is my theory but may not even be that important, simply a mere tailpiece of the Lost plot).
MIB should recognise him you are correct, but the reasons he does would be critical no? Lets see what happens
I think you are over-thinking this. I 100% do not believe that kid is Jacob or Aaron or anyone really important. Remember the kids on flight 815, the boy and the girl, that were taken from the crash of the tail end of the plane and on Jacob’s list? I think that little boy was the kid in the jungle, just older as one would imagine since it is 3-4 years later.
Perhaps! But this site is all about over-thinking!

I think Aaron being Jacob is a stretch, and the boy being Aaron an even bigger stretch, BUT, I do think it’s quite possible that the boy could be Jacob or related to Jacob, particularly given what he says to MIB. I find it highly interesting that MIB sees him as a vision covered in blood as though to say “I know what you did and I’m coming”, kind of like Yemi appeared to Eko (taste if his own medicine?). Richard does not see the bloody vision, but when the boy actually appears, Sawyer can see him too.

have u all seen the film doubt? with meryl streep and seymour-hoffman? It is great as it looks at how people can create feelings of insecurity, vulnerability and doubt in others around them through their actions.
Lost is a bit like this!! Just as soon as we believe something, they present something that makes us and the characters doubt it! Anyway, I agee my theory is trying to be a bit antagonist…u know…get the discussion going.

That for sure. But hell, im going to go for it as think it would be amazing and actually, as mentioned in the actual theory post , there is slight evidence that suggests all three seen blondes are in fact the same person.
