Ilanna, jealous much?

Maybe I’m reading more into this than there is – but I seemed to have noticed some resentment on Ilanna’s part about the candidates.

When Jacob comes to Ilanna in the hospital (what the hell happened to her anyway? How did she get so “badly burned”?) and asks her to protect the candidates, her reaction is like that of a child being told by a parent to do something, that they know they have to do but really don’t want to. Maybe she was just scared, but Ilanna doesn’t strike me as someone who gets scared.

I’ve noticed a couple of “eye rolls” from Ilanna on other occasions also – do you think she feels jealous of the candidates because “Daddy” chose not to make her one?
