In a perfect world, how would you want Lost to end?

It is a pretty straight forward question, but not simple in the least. I dont have my answer right now and if you dont a list of mysteries you would like to have answered would also suffice. This is a just for fun thing because I am at work and bored to death.

Hi. I am an uber Lost fan. Admittedly, I jumped on the bandwagon a little late, halfway through the third season but thanks to the DVD's I am all caught up and do frequent re-watches. BTW my new image reflects my love/hate relationship with Lost. I always feel like I am on the verge of blowing up at the end of every episode because when I think I finally figured it out, nope the rug is pulled out.

  1. Well…if you want to make work seem a little better…read my theory “The Greatest Theory I Have Ever Seen…”…

Its 20 painful, eye numbing minutes of ridiculousness…but gives my view of Lost and even a made up ending to boot.

I wrote it before the season started…and have not read it since then…so Im sure there is nothing that actually works…but its good for work if your bored…

  2. with most characters dying. so it isnt cheesy. and with something that shows everything ive seen into a new light, without cheapening what i have seen already.

  3. Usually I hate cheeseball stuff too, Ekolocation…..but for some reason i’m wanting an ending where no one takes over for Jacob, instead they find a way to permanently contain or even kill Smokey, and the characters that are left get to leave the island and live full lives knowing the mistakes they have made in the past. Yes cheeseball city, but I like it. As long as Sun and Widmore die.

  4. NOT with a war between good and evil! please god nooooooo!!!! NOT with jack taking over for Jacob! Not with Jacob being the good guy and his recruits defeating MIB! i want a crazy twist, i want the last episode to end with me staring at the screen in otter disbelieve screaming WHATTTTTTTT as the screen turns black and the-windows-95-screen-saver-looking-swirly LOST comes on. i want it to end in a way that doesnt give us a definite answer but also doesnt disappointed completely. i want it to answer all the questions we have now but throw in a crazy twist 5 minutes before the end and pose an even bigger questions than anything we have seen so far so we are all like WHATTTTTTT THEEEEEEEEE EFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. that would make me happy 🙂

  5. Thats exactly what I expect…that big twist right at the end…I crave to be blown away and left with my mouth hanging open as LOST pops up one last time…

  6. I’m with A.E.S. and ObsessedWlost on this – want it to keep us there right til the end and leave us wanting more whilst keeping that obsession riding high. Please no petering out like Buffy did. A big twist and a shot of extra evil and a double dose of the unanswered. And I love all those villains like Mr Friendly, Mikhail & Keamy so, although I seriously doubt it, I’d be happy to see them living continuous alternate existences causing havoc in a parallel world.
