Zoe… another blue eyed woman
Hi everyone! I’ve been visiting this site for quite long, but finally decided to write some theories. FIrst of all, my english isn’t that good, so i apologize in advance if i don’t make myself clear enough. Second, sorry if this theory has been posted before or if someone else said it first, but i didn’t find anything related to it.
My little first theory: Don’t you think is a bit weird they just introduced a new blue eyed woman to us? She doesn’t just seem like a random character to me, so i was thinking… What if she is David’s mom?
I know she looks a little older than Jack, but who knows. It’s just a little theory, that actually might turn to be stupid, and we are gonna find out pretty soon i guess…

I thought of that too… but did she have blue eyes too? I can’t remember.
She’s not pretty enough to be a main character.
I don’t really get why people often seem so hung up on the eye color of the actors in their Lost theories.
Blue eyes are not THAT uncommon in Hollywood, are they?
Or perhaps I have a completely distorted view, living in Sweden.
I wouldn’t want Zoe to be David’s mom at all. Though I guess I can see why at this point, we’re trying to shift through every blue-eyed female we can think of on the show.
Unless… Jack carries blue eyes as a recessive gene and so does David’s mom! dun dun DUN!

I think the only interesting thing about Zoe was that she is married to a con man. Anthony Cooper maybe? Locke has a good relationship with his father in this alt. timeline, doesn’t mean that Anthony is not a con man, maybe Locke doesn’t know he is one and just thinks that his dad is a travelling salesman..! 😮
how do we know zoe’s married? i thought zoe was the lady on the island we’ve only just met
Oh whoops I totally take that back, I was completely thinking of the lady (Ava) that Sawyer was with at the beginning of Recon in the alt. timeline, I knew it was a 3-letter name of some sort 🙂 hehe sorry for the irrelevant comment !
Vote Juliet for David’s Mom in 2010! ( sorry i dont know why felt like that should be campaign slogan haha im lame) i do think zoe will be important, but i dont think her role would be as divid’s mom.
ili – as someone who lives in hollywood, blue eyes aren’t very common, and the obsession comes from the fact that David has crystal clear super bright blue eyes.
I think you’ve punctured a hole in your on theory by admitting she looks older than Jack…haha. I don’t think Jack would have a baby with an older woman…
It’s kind of like that Other character (forget his name) who they showed as gay..remember he told Kate “You’re not my type” when she was captured by the others and they forced her to shower and change clothes. It’s just TOTALLY random, and not related to the storyline really..lol. Just like it would be if Jack suddenly had an older ex wife who gave him a son lol. However, now that you’ve mentioned it, I really do want to see who David’s mom is. Who knows, you could be right!! Now that I think about it, dark hair and blue eyes..hmm..does sound like David.

As straight up silly as it sounds, I guess we can’t say “no” to Zoe just yet.
I honestly don’t care about David anyway. I know I SHOULD care, I mean, it’s Jack’s son….but the writers have done a poor job of getting us invested into something we don’t understand.
This other timeline might have an extremely significant meaning when the show ends. I just hope the show starts getting interesting again before that point.

I didn’t really notice, but if that is the case, then I guess we can assume that the eye color is faked and then there is probably a reason for it.
Maybe David, Penny, Sun, Sayid, and MIB all have the same (invisible) mom.
