Haha, I started a similar list in 101 Unsolved Mysteries…I guess a lot of people are feeling annoyed at all the unresolved questions!
All questions will be answered in the DVD box.

What a crock. It’s bad enough to not give us a fulfilling ending….then they promise answers in the box set. Who are these people? and how can someone have the audacity to say “pay us if you want answers”?
I am afraid to say they don’t have the answers. After season 1 it was suggested the island was purgatory. This was denied and evidently turned out that the island was a real place and they stole the purgatory idea for the FSW. Cool. However the whole show could have been explained better if the island was purgatory.

How did Jacob leave the island? Who protected the light at this time?
What was the ash all about?
What was the cabin all about? Who was in it?
Why was Ilana shocked when it was burnt?
Was the island the gateway to heaven and hell?
Who harnessed the islands power to get it to move through time and space. Had to be an electromagnetic guy…Im thinkin magneto from the x men.
how did Jacob know what was gonna happen in the future??
If Clare escaped why was Aaron in the church at the end?? As a baby??
Why was Penny in the church??

That being said I can answer a few questions.
Aaron wasn’t special the psychic that said he was was a fraud.
MIBs name was Samuel unbelievably not Esau.
I strongly believe that the character ending was strong but the writers have tried the emotional sledge hammer to cover up all the defencies in plot which they have written there way into throughout 6 seasons. Thanks for the stories but I just wanted a wee bit more…
Don’t you think it would vve been cool if Jack after being in the light had taken on the properties of the monster. This would’ve explained the how question, but Jack could do no wrong because he was already set to die and Jack could have walked to the bamboo with a wispy smokey shadow????

Cindy! That was her name. She did well. Managed to escape a major plane crash and lived happily in a mysterious temple until MIB/ESAU/GEOFF/LARRY gave her a good hiding.
And as far as Bens box goes???????
