Could someone please remind me who the little girl was who is seen in Ben’s flashback to his childhood? I think she gave him something, a wooden doll of some sort.

that sounds so familiar…..but I can’r really remember either. Wasn’t she his fellow classmate and friend on the island? I need to be refreshed as well! I hope you get answers.
Thank you guys, has she appeared at any other time? I’m wondering if she will play an important role at any time, since it seemed to be a trival scene and we have all found that nothing is really trival in the land of Lost.
A few things to add via Lostpedia. It mentions that Annie- along with Alexandra, are the two most important women in Ben’s life, and that Annie plays a huge part in his life as he still keeps the doll she gave him to “this very day”. Apparently, in the future, according to the producers, she is going to play a huge part in the show.
As of now, everything from who she is related to, what happened to her in the Purge (she was part of the DI), to her relationship with Ben post childhood is unknown.
There are theories on who she is. This includes Charlotte, Kate, Jill (the butcher), Horace Goodspeed’s daughter, Diane Janssen (Kate’s mom) and a few others.

I know this is off slightly but ….didn’t Ben also have a thing for Juliet? Do you think there is some importance to that background also?
