Sayid uses Ben!
Will iterate furter in the morning just wanna get this written before I go to bed and completely forget about it. I was just thinking maybe Bens knowledge comes from Sayid using him as a contact vessel to the future…abit like Faraday used Desmond. Tell the past person and they’ll suddenly have that memory. I think this might be how Sayid will contact Locke…..he knows Locke and Ben didn’t come back in time. He knows Ben is probably with Locke in the future so will tell Ben that one day when hes with Locke and everyone else has disappeared tell Locke that they are stuck in 1977 blah blah blah. Like I said i’ll edit this post in the morning. Sumat to think about while im sleeping though. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers.
I actually dont think Sayid will use Ben, I think Ben inadvertantly uses Sayid. And will continue to inadvertantly use the rest of the Losties. The more knowledge little Ben gets, the more Big Ben gets informed, as you said, ala the Des/Faraday dejavu type dream.
I like this idea, I just cannot for the life of me, see Sayid using Ben for anything at this point, other than target practice.
I will have to think about this more, get with you tomorrow…
Wesley, I am inclined to agree with AES. I think Sayid intends to use Ben, however, I believe young Ben is already onto Sayid.
I think the tables will be turned on Sayid in any attempts he makes to use Ben.
The analogy you make doesn’t follow because Desmond is uniquely miraculous in this manner. However, if whatever happens, happens; then Ben may have actual memories of the Losties.
