Time travel can be explained even if it isn’t possible. The smoke monster too… nanobots? That technology is closer than a lot of people think. Resurrection? Well, that’s where faith comes into it…
The sonic fence however… It doesn’t make sense. You walk through it and it somehow knocks you out? Makes you bleed from the ears? Seriously? That doesn’t make any sense! Could you just run through it? If you got far enough away quickly enough would it stop affecting you? Apparently you can walk right up to it with no problem so maybe just taking half a step back when you start feeling the pain…
No, the sonic fence was not a very well thought out idea.
The high-tech sci-fi fence bothers you, but the timetravelling island, smoke monster, and resurections dont…?
Just busting balls, I have no idea…
HAHA! I did verify that the fence is the least of my worries… I do appreciate the jeers however! 🙂
lol, had to throw that in.
Its the wheel in the middle of the timemachine/blackhole/wormhole/infinite energy that really boggles my mind..
A lot of stuff doesn’t add up in terms of verisimilitude on this show – and yet I cannot stop watching!

Unless the sonic fence is powered by faith? Like, if you try to walk past the pylons God shouts at you and your head explodes like in Dogma?
