The only thing I care about is that he’s dead — he was creepy. I don’t think he really plays, or played, a pivotal role. Then again, he WAS the one who took the trip with Richard to retrieve Juliet. You obviously have to be some type of special to go on missions with Richard.

You mean other than the fact that Juliet delivered him? He was a crazy badass though.
But he wasn’t a child when all Dharma died, he is about 12 years younger than Ben, and when Ben did the gas thing he was very grown up, so maybe Ethan in some point turns to take part of the others
