Is Daniel born or have to be “Made”?

When he dies he lets his mother know that he is her son from the future so she knows that her kid was going to be that boy an his name is Daniel, An she has to guide him through life so he can fulfill his “Destiny”.

If he is already born it would kind of cancel out his mommy killing him cause he would probably be a baby or really young. If Daniel can be born cause its just how things have to go right??
