Rose and Bernard’s Cabin

i know we have all assumed that “jacob’s cabin” was built by Horace. However did anyone else notice how similar it was to Rose and Bernard’s. The 2 scenes were back to back and since Rose and Bernard’s was built in 1974, it would seem obvious to be run down and beat up when Ilana and company visit it 2007. Just a thought.
