Miles the only smart(ass) one?

I know we probably all have thought this before (leading up to the incident) but Miles’ comment in the last twenty minutes was most likely the right line of thinking… he said something along the lines of, what if Jack’s plan is what actually causes the chain of events to start instead of breaking the chain. What ever happened, will happen…
the only things that can be changed are in 2007 and not to worry, “they are coming!”
