The Smoke Monster’s plan to kill Jacob

OK. I just watched the incident and here is my theory. I think that the guy who told Jacob that one day he would find a loophole is the smoke monster. We have seen the smoke monster in human form already so this is not a stretch. Now if loophole guy is the smoke monster than it would explain some of the things that the smoke monster has done.
